I love looking back at your earlier work like this and seeing your evolution. This is fantastic work on its own, but watching it now after the Wolf 359 massacre is like watching a fan film right after getting back from watching the First Contact battle in the cinema.

Isnt the uniform of the video elements from borg game ( uss righteous) out of place..... doesnt feel right.... wasnt shown as uniform until ds9...which was years later.....

There is one little flaw in your superb efforts: During Star Trek IV Kirk and his crew flew a captured Klingon Bird of Prey until the very end of the movie when Kirk was given the U.S.S. Yorktown (rechristened U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-A). So the sequence where the Enterprise approaches the Golden Gate bridge, that should actually have been a Klingon Bird of Prey. The Klingon Bird of Prey was captured in Star Trek III.

Starfleet sent 40 starship to Wolf 359. 39 were destroyed with over 11,000 lives lost. That battle is now called the Massacre of Wolf 359. Is was the wake up call the Federation needed to start designing new and more powerful ships. Which of course came the creation of the USS Defiant.

Loved seeing a TMP style Connie in battle. One presumably pulled from storage due to the lack of prep time.

The shot at 1:29 is one of the best moments in all of television. Something about seeing the Enterprise-D assert itself into the frame and burst into warp sets the tone for the show so perfectly.

The trumpets at 0:51 are so crisp and the strings at 1:04 really soar in this version. It reminds me of the differences in the themes that DS9 used for its first few seasons and its last few seasons. Both are good, but the earlier themes have a slightly sparser quality where certain instruments stand out of the texture. You could argue that's less polished than the versions that have a smoother texture, but it's also very dramatic and exciting. Having seen TNG so many times, noticing and appreciating the minor details has become one of the greatest pleasures in rewatching it.

to this day i will never understand why they make everystation an explosive station. There are no fail safes? No breakers? LOL If we went into battle i'd ask to leave the bridge.

You know, that flyby shot was so perfect to the original game..... Ever....considered some of the other epic shots from that game? The one's you could re watch on the holodeck.... warp out 3? (The one where you chase Idyia from Morassia) Horst 3 .....pretty much any of them are perfect fodder for recreation even the starbase docking clip....that one was beautiful even for 1994

They made the Klingons how the Klingons should have ALWAYS appeared. Not sure why they didn't use warp speed to avoid being hit by VGer weapon. .

So many great projects! Battle of the Omarion Nebula and USS Odyssee are my favourites, and I am looking forward to them very much - even if I have to be patient.

Star Trek The Next Generation: A Final Unity is arguably one of the best if not THE best Star Trek game ever made. PC only and you need MS-DOS knowledge to launch it, but once you get in, it’s smooth sailing from there on. 1995 and it had fully realized space battles and navigation. I played it all the time on a Windows ‘95 PC. That and Delta Force, my first FPS game I’d ever played.

You might reach ut to George (Sulu) He might be willing to donate some lines. He is a super cool and chill guy. I am confused but my curiosity is aroused. You do such amazing work I cant wait to see it finished. A thought - include a beat from Star Trek Online where they call up every Enterprise and make such a snarl in the timeline its impossible to undo. (Heck you could have Kirk's Enterprise, Spock's Enterprise, Kirk's Enterprise, Kirk's Enterprise, all the alphabet!) That way A their win sticks and B you cant erase the ship Enterprise from time. Im pretty sure you can find a spoke quote with "Inelegant but functional." Im going to take my inner child out for a walk after this he needs to wear himself out. ;)

Now it doesnt feel like they had no defenses a proper fleet. Though to be honest that is pretty true to the show/movie lol. 11/10

I remember this trailer I had my doubts about the series but at the end I really loved the series and the others like deep space nine Voyager and Enterprise

OMG an STP Easter egg! Not crazy about the show but I found the captain's backstory story to be quite moving.

I love how they ejected Sisko's escape pod, how it allows more occupants, and has a nice rear-view window so that you can watch your ship blow up.

I do not think this will ever need 'fixing'. Certainly not with modern digital technologies. Sometimes we have to just respect what came before.
